How to Play Hard to Get With A Guy

We have all heard that guys are interested in the chase. A guy will value a girl more if he had to work to get her, rather than if the girl was simply too eager and available. Being the kind of a girl that a guy will fall crazy in love with is definitely possible. But goes playing hard to get work to get and keep him?

There is controversy when it comes to the notion of playing hard to get. The reason is that people feel that games are dishonest. If a guy knows that you are into game playing, it will turn him off. After all, a guy doesn't want to be taken for a fool, or get hurt by you. What is important to remember is that being hard to get is more about having self-assurance, than it is about actually tricking the guy into anything.

When a girl is hard to get, she is confident, flirty, positive, fun, and above all else, she values herself. These qualities are attractive to a guy. When it comes to texting and calling, she isn't ringing him off the hook. Instead, she returns his calls and texts when she's available. She is busy with her life and she doesn't NEED him. Nothing scares a guy faster than if he senses desperation. This is why you want to show that you have interests, and that your life doesn't just revolve around dreaming about him.

A girl that is hard to get takes it one day at a time. She isn't driving the relationship forward. She is simply fun to be with, expresses her thoughts and feelings, and doesn't panic. She knows that if she acts calm, cool, and collected that this will attract the guy to her. A guy can't resist a girl that's into him, but who doesn't NEED him. This is why sooner, rather than later, HE will be the one questioning where the relationship is going. Playing hard to get in this sense is pure magic.

It is very important to know, when it comes to dating and relationships, that you should always be honest with yourself. This allows you to be honest with the guy you're into. A guy needs to know he can trust you, and when you are honest about your expectations and have a back bone in doing so, he will respect you.

Knowing how to play hard to get with a guy comes naturally to a girl that knows she is worth it. This is why you should always feel that you have a lot to offer to someone who is great. What does playing hard to get mean to you?
