Have you ever thought about becoming a food critic? These individuals eat at restaurants every day and write articles about their experience there. They write about the food, the service they received, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the prices, and the atmosphere. This is valuable information that prospective customers of the restaurant need to know. Are they risking their health, though?
The majority of people eat most of their meals at home to save money and eat out just once in a while. They might save a meal at a restaurant for a special occasion, such as an anniversary, business dinner, graduation, or birthday. Food critics, on the other hand, eat at restaurants every day. Every day, they consume high-fat, high-calorie foods so that they can write an article and tell readers whether they would recommend the restaurant or not.
Many jobs come with occupational hazards. Employees at some jobs must regularly listen to loud noises that can damage their hearing. Others breathe chemicals that can damage their sense of smell. Food critic is no exception. Eating the large, high-calorie portions at restaurants puts them at risk for conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. What can they do to protect their health?
One thing they can do is exercise regularly. By establishing a regular exercise program, they can manage their weight. By managing their weight, they can be healthy, keep their job, and live longer. In order to manage their weight, they do not have to run. Running tends to be hard on the joints, and some people choose not to run regularly. An activity like walking is much easier on the joints and one that can be done on a regular basis. By walking regularly, they can keep the extra pounds off.
Another thing they can do is regularly drink water. Water will help to flush the extra food out of their system. By drinking water, they will stay thinner and feel better. By staying thinner, they will be able to wear the clothing they currently wear, rather than buying a whole new wardrobe. They will also be able to move around easier with less pain, since there will be less weight on their legs, feet, and ankles.
By doing the work that they do, they keep the public informed. People know where to go for great service, good food, reasonable prices, and friendly people. The public is grateful to food critics for the work that they do.
I would suggest they walk to the restaurant and home again after the meal, that should help. When I read the heading I thought you were going to talk about them being poisoned, aren't they hated by the owners?
Walking to and from the restaurant is a great idea. Thanks for reading. :)
