Has anybody been rip off by your landlord knowing that it wasn't your fault? Well I been going through hell and back and I wouldn't want this on anybody who don't deserve this! I took on a lease with a partner for six years,things well going really well,kids at private wife is happy as she always gets the chance to buy lovely flowers.
When you are doing well and your place looks the business everything should be smooth! shouldn't it be? Well that's when the nightmare starts people gets jealous of you as you are doing well! I mean landlords they become greedy and they always want more from you. The landlord shouldn't come into your business without appointments to check up on you!
Well I knew we are going to be in trouble with landlord as he keeps checking up on us seeing how well we are doing. Always looking around seeing if there is any damage to the building seeing what he can add on to he's list? By the way he always say that he is not the landlord,so why is he here then. I don't want you here I said if you are not the landlord!
He sued me for noise can you believe it so you can see where this is heading,these type of landlord you have to really do some research on them as if you don't know the law they can really screw you up completely! I have been trying to earn a living for my family I worked so hard did the hours and then get taking for a ride from the landlord.
There is no justice out there, if you have money you have power that is the law here,so the poor will get poorer,I don't believe in this at all. I believe in rights but you can tell if someone ripping you off and that is not right! I have a family to look after and I will do my best to see him go down then this is justice.
I have put a lot of money in this business and he is trying to ruining me,refurbishing from scratch making the place look spectacular. I learn in life if the property is not yours don't put too much money in at first,freehold will be different as it is always going to be yours!
The landlord is trying it on as in dilapidation which means when the tenant leaves and he checks for damages on the property,another way to extort money from you. Because he's got money and he doesn't care about you he will do he's best to ruin you,rip you off! lesson to be learn as you grow up,really hard one!
In law if you make the place better it is down to you but the landlord might not want it to be better so I just can't understand the logic in this as if it was my own place and a lease makes my place looking fantastic and upping the value of the property I would be well happy,it means you are looking after the property,no not this one he is after blood but you can only give what you can afford. I recommend anyone who moves in a property to do research of the landlord and double check the lease as in small prints!The solicitors won't help you as you have to look thoroughly through the documents! My mistake in life was to partnership,but you just got to move on,no matter if he was a good friend or you know him for a long time you just cannot trust anybody but yourself!

I have a landlord who wants an extra 25 dollars for rent and claims he's putting it down for utilities so that he doesnt have to claim the exrtra 25 on his taxes. Heres the scam part... i pay 575 with utilities included so i dont have bills to pay. Now he said he wanted an extra 25 because i bought an efficency air conditioner. but whyen it came time to collect rent he told me he was going to write me a receipt saying i only payed 575 instead of 600 so that he didnt have to file that extra 25 he wants. Our contract lease is for 6 months.I dont even know about how to go about this cause i have no extra money for anything cause i only work a minimum wage job. = ( but if you or anyone knows something i can do, please tell me.
