In Today’s busy life due to the heavy work pressure No one have a sufficient time to meet with their friends, to play games, to do exercises etc. That’s why such types of People are always frustrated and doesn’t live their life happily. The main reason behind this is their mental and physical health because we all know that now a day’s most of the people work in private sector and there was lot of work pressure upon the employees in such type of organizations. Due to the high work pressure most of the employees face the problem of depression, back pains, eyes problem, mental problem and many more diseases by which the employees are always frustrated.

So, Due to such type of reasons now a days we see that most of the people take pets in their home (Dogs, Cats etc.). This is a very good thing because in today’s life very few people are loyal but the pets are always loyal towards their owner and there are also many benefits of pets. Just take the example of the ‘Dog’. Everyone knows that No one is loyal as comparison to the dog because dogs are always aware and ready to protect their family. And they always love their family especially the children’s.

Major Benefits of Dogs

1- Protection- Dogs are the best source of protection; if they see any unknown person enter in the house then they quickly alert their family members by too much barking.

2-For Fitness- Most of the dog lovers take dog to their home only for to maintain their health and fitness because dogs love walking and jogging. That’s why many people take them early in the morning and do jogging with them.

3-Best Time Pass- If you feel bore in your free time then dogs make your time exciting because they love to play and always try to give happiness to their owner.

4-Special Work- Mostly in Police and Military they give special training to the dog for completing many protection works.
