The Zombies Are Coming - 90 Days To Prepare

Are you ready for the zombie invasion? If they were to come tomorrow, could you survive? Have you answered 'no'? Is there enough life in you to make a change? Or have you been infected by the blood sucking monsters? The good news is, you've got roughly 90 days to change all that and prepare....

Zombie Run 2014

This Fall, in many parts of the world, the zombies will seek out the weak and helpless. They will come out of hiding and try to capture the weak. During these 5k fun runs, participants will have to dodge and escape hungry zombies in order to survive. Have you got what it takes to take them on? You will not be their next victim, will you? It's the perfect time now to start preparing. 90 days to get yourself into shape. If you have not run a single mile in your life, you better get off the couch and start getting your butt into shape. You never know, this one day might not be a game. It could be real life? A great way would be to take on the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge. Not only will it help to slim you down, get you into shape and help you outrun the zombies, but for every 10 pounds you lose, an obese child will be sponsored on your behalf, to help them shed the weight. These children too need to get in shape to escape the zombies chasing them.

The Zombie Within

We all have these zombies within us. Some cope better, and manage to outrun them. Others, they get pinned down by the zombies and infected. Close to death, they cling for dear life. The key is to break their stronghold and free yourself. Don't let the zombies run your life, draining the blood and energy out of you. Take on The Challenge and take steps necessary to escape. You never know, a little challenge and a 5k run to escape the zombies may turn into a lifetime of freedom from the daemons within.

Fun And Excitement

Whatever your reasons, whether the objective is to lose weight or get fit, the combination of fun and excitement makes it much easier to make the changes necessary to change. By taking on the Body By Vi Challenge and enrolling in a Zombie Run at the end of your 90 days, you will make your challenge more exciting and have a fun goal to look forward to. Now get off the couch and start preparing, the zombies are ready to attack!
