NASA is up to there usual antic's to take over the world once again. this time with a "so-called" falling satellite, designed to control the population. the satellite, a UARS, or Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite, was launched in 1991 with the spache shuttle Columbia. The design feature of this being for population control. When this satellite projectile finally lands in North america, it will have a 500 mile swarth across our great nation, traveling at speeds up to 500 miles per a second. That is about from the upper northwest peninsula of Washington state, where I live, to Eastern Washington, near Spokane. if the angle of trajectory is right, it could wipe out every town as it lands. Even if it slows down as it slides across Washington states, the people in Spokane only have about 5 seconds to RUN !
The satellite, or UARS, as it is commonly known, is a six and a half ton satellite. It is the biggest thing to hit earth that NASA has created since 1991, breaking their own record. I think we should send them a freaking medal for this. The Irish are already taking bets on where this thing will land, as seen on the paddypower web site. Kudo's to them. I think we should redirect it towards Iraq or Afghanistan personally, and maybe save a few lives while getting the most productive use out this satellite, one last time. Could you imagine the budget cuts we could implement, if we could take out a 500 mile section in one masive blow. We could pack up and pretty much leave at that point. Another neat feature is that in the 500 mile path, their wouldnt be anybody left to complain about the human rights issue's that would evolve from doing this. Couldnt we just say "OOPS", and call it good ? That is what they will be saying when the thing (all six and a half tons of it) drags itself across washington state. after all, we do not control of the thing, right ?
Another neat feature of this satellite, is that the scrap metal industry is going to be going nuts over it. The rewards for bringing in peices of this thing could start a whole new industry, creating jobs all across our great nation. And at fifty cents a ton, the possibilities are limitless. When all 26 peices finally do land, we assume that they will all strike at the same time, on the same path, it will be a feeding frenzy for the scrap collectors of our great nation. I can see homeless people pushing their shopping carts across the desert now, rumaaging thru the scrap. This will also give a tremendous push to the beer and wine makers of our nation.
Yet another possibility, is that this thing (again, all six and half tons) could take out a major city. The construction industry would then feel the impact, as migrant workers from South America would start reconstruction, eliminating all the migrant farm workers that work for five cents an hour. This in turn wuold open up the farm workers industry for our younbg college graduates that are facing the current recession problems that we are facing.
Thank you NASA, this is a tremendous win for our great nation. when those 26 peices of Satellite hit (the largest being five hundred Lbs) we are going to be pointing fingers for years, as to who is at fault, creating even more work for our already overworked politicians, who barely scrape by on the income they make.
i never heard of a satellite falling from the sky! I'm going to be walking around whilst looking up to the sky now!
I didn't know about a satellite falling down. I've always supported NASA and there goal of exploring new places so an interesting read.
Ilike your style of writing, hahahahah..overworked politicans barely scraping by on the income they make..classic! Yes the sky seems to be falling, here where I live in Canada, I see 2or 3 falling stars a night, but maybe they are satallites, I don't know. I encourage you to keep writing.
Thank you for the kind words Garry2, sometimes, when the stars are in the right configuration, and i am able to scrape up 2 brain cell's, the chances of me getting something right increase. I havent been real active on here lately, and I dropped the ball for a bit. I am scouring the internet looking for new idea's to write about, and hope to start posting new articles again this week. Have a great weekend, Theron
