What is a Miche Bag? Quite simply, it is the last purse you will ever need (or want) to purchase! Why? Because of it's brilliant design and affordability-yes, that's right, an affordable designer handbag!

You see, it all started with a spill. The co-founder of Miche Bag was driving home from work one afternoon and spilled something on her favorite purse. She was really upset about the thought of having to replace her purse, as well as having to switch out the contents of the inside of the purse. She was wishing that there was a way to change just the outside of the bag. This was her "AHA" moment! She set out to create a bag with interchangeable covers. That's right, interchangeable covers!

It starts with what is called the "base bag", these bases come in three different sizes, the classic bag, the big bag and the mini bag. The classic base bag is a 5.75" (wide) x 11.75" (long) x 6.5" (tall) purse. It comes in black, brown and for a limited time, cream. The handles that come with the classic bag are 15" long and match the color of the base bag chosen. The big base bag is 5" (wide) x 15" (long) x 12" (tall). It comes in black. The handles that come with the base bag are 20" long. The mini base bag is 4" (wide) x 8" (long) x 6" (tall). It comes in black. The handle that comes with the base bag is 20" long. You can change your handles as well.

Once you choose which base bag works best for you, then comes the really fun part. Choosing what the outside of your bag will look like. The covers for the these base bag are called "shells". There are many different styles, colors, and textures for each size bag. You may be wondering exactly how this works, it's simple! Each size base bag comes with "earth magnets" that are situated at the top of the bag (front and back) and each shell has the same "earth magnets" on the top of the shells. For the classic bag, you simply lay the shell flat, put the classic base bag in the center of the shell and bring the sides of the shell up. It takes less than 3 seconds. Once you are ready for a new shell, you simply pull the shell from the center and it releases. You can then switch to your new shell! Some of the shells for the classic bag you simply pull over the bag. This process is the same with the mini base bag and shells. For the big base bag it's a little different af the style of the big bag is "slouchy". You will just be pulling the base bag out of the shells to switch.
