Some of you may know Kirby by their annoying tactics in trying to get in your door. I myself have tried or shall I say attempted to sell these bad boys for a while. I'm not the best Outdoor Sales guy, so, I ultimately didn't last very long--and felt it was time for a career change. But, I have some great news for you that you may not even know about the Kirby Sentria.
And, after attempting to sell these vacuum cleaners, I actually bought one myself. And, for the record, I have owned one for over 4 years--and it's running like it was the day I bought it--absolutely fantastic. I would like to point out these things about it before I go on:
- It's American Made! Just the fact that you're purchasing a vacuum cleaner that helps Our Economy, and not the other guy's, should make you feel pretty good right there.
- It's really built to last, and you can have it re-built from Kirby for around $175.
- Seriously. You've got to see the tests, in person to believe it. There is simply no better vacuum cleaner: residential, commercial, professional, whatever that can beat it.
- It has anti-allergic type bags in which you can specifically purchase for your machine, in case you are suffering from allergies.
- When you purchase the entire Kit, you get the vacuum cleaner, a rug cleaner, with shampoo, and other devices to help you accomplish all of your vacuum needs: Inside or Outside the home--like your car.
- It's made of a heavy aluminum die-cast that is extremely durable, and won't break like your favorite "known" other vacuum cleaners.
- You can actually vacuum clean your bed! Yes, because inside of your bed there are mites, that multiply, and lay eggs, leave behind feces, and cause itching to occur.
- There is a tool within the kit that allows you to blow out, instead of just create suction. You could blow up mattresses, pool toys, or other things that need air.
It's constructed with a 3.5 HP motor to run the cleaner. Which makes it five times stronger than the "most favorited" vacuums out in the market. You know who I'm talking about.
There's a switch on the vacuum cleaner that allows you to go into "Drive" easily. Yes, the machine is very heavy. I won't deny that. But when you kick that "D" into drive, you can easy vacuum your carpet.
Don't just take my word for it, check out comparisons on Google, on YouTube, any other search engine.
I enjoy reading articles from other owners of these Kirby products, and it just makes me smile. Yes, it can be expensive, but really in the long run, it's cheaper than your hoover--that you'll have to replace every year or 2.
Another thing that I almost forgot to mention is that it's Safe.
- The head of the vacuum comes off, and the power will Not go on unless it's covered. You would have to press down on the lever that the head goes on to make it turn on. Kids are safe around it. No need to worry about dangerous parts.
What are you waiting for? Have a demonstration today. You can purchase these vacuum's off ebay but you're not guaranteed that it will work perfectly. I would most highly suggest purchasing new, or from some place local. Then you wouldn't have the hassle of sending it back. I haven't read an article that someone ordered a refurbished one, and it worked horrible.
Pros: Works like a champ, and USA made. It's really the best vac ever made!
Cons: Pricy & Really heavy. Ladies may not like this. Have their sweetie carry it upstairs.
Bottom Line: It's all worth it. Last vacuum you'll ever purchase. They may seem like a scam, the sales guys might, but the vacuum cleaner is not.
I don't know if it's strong enough for a leaf blower replacement, but it does have a lot of strength in it. Are you able to get this vacuum cleaner in Sweden? It's well worth the euros if you can get your hands on one. Used/Refurbished ones are just about as good--but you don't know what kind of abuse the previous owner has done to it. Seriously, you'd be amazed.
