As I write this article, I can literally feel my head ache. I am trying to write 30 articles in 30 days for Street Articles’s ‘30 in 30’ challenge.
I got off to a blistering start averaging two articles per day out of the gates. But, then I went on vacation for four days, and my production dropped off the map. I didn’t write any articles for six straight days - I needed two extra days to get over the over-eating. Now, I find myself in a real hole. I need to come up with ten articles in thirty-six hours or I won’t make my target!
This is my first real test of article marketing stick to-itness - I think this is a word? Street Articles has laid down the gauntlet with this challenge and their rewards of IM intelligence ‘Secrets’ is really motivating.
The support from Street has been amazing with their regular email tips and motivational hints. A recent email on how to write articles from the ‘hip’ is why I am now tapping out these keys. They were absolutely right in asserting that writing in my own and authentic style will help me churn out content as I am now proving.
It’s funny that this email suggested it can even be a rant. I was thinking just the other day that I don’t think people are interested in other’s rants, but, it sure is much easier to rant than be completely original. Just my opinion, especially trying to knock out so many articles at once... the pressure!
Another support email suggested using a keyword search tool to compliment my article writing to help drum up content to use in the articles.
Writer's block has been difficult to overcome during this period but with help from the online community, my article marketing journey has been made much easier.
The use of a keyword search program has been extremely helpful. I never thought the ohio lottery, illinois lottery, or movie times would ever mean so much to my internet marketing career!
I recently kind of lost faith in society when I misplaced my Smartphone at a fairly busy location and, unfortunately, never received it back. In some ways, I wasn’t really expecting it to be returned, but I did hold out a bit of hope.
I mention this as this will be the subject of my next article “Where have all the good Samaritans gone?” Again, Street suggested writing about something personal, which I never thought about doing before.
Thanks Street Articles for your encouragement, support, guidance, and sharing!
One down, nine more to go!
