3. Make the changes gradually so you don't turn yourself off from the idea. Also radical changes to your eating habits are never a good move. So start slowly, making the small changes every few days. If you fall off the wagon occasionally, don't fret it. Just pick it up again and keep trying. Don't give up. Be certain that you will see change.
