Great Tips to Get Rid Of Acne Fast

There are two kinds of people. Those with acne and those without. If you are one of the ones with, you know how difficult it can be to get rid of acne. And you know how difficult it can be to find any useful information on how to go about getting rid of zits and pimples.

Here are a few tips you may find useful in treating and getting rid of acne.

  • Clean the face with lemon juice. Apply with cotton ball and let dry ten minutes, then wash off
  • Drink at least one ounce of water per pound of body weight per day
  • Eliminate the consumption of alcohol, caffeine, soda pop and other junk food
  • Exercise 30 minutes a day
  • Eat healthy fruits and vegetables
  • Get plenty of sleep

If you want to get rid of acne then you need to choose a lifestyle that will prevent acne. That is as simple as taking common sense care of your body.

If you had a million dollar race horse would you let it stay up all night drinking booze, smoking cigarettes and eating junk food? Of course not. You would be giving him the best feed, proper exercise and adequate rest to make sure he was as healthy as you could keep him. Would you let a five dollar dog do those things? No.

Why then would you do those things to the a body worth infinitely more than any old race horse or dog? It is easy to see most people treat themselves worse than they would a dog.

It is necessary to understand a zit is the end result of a lifestyle that is devoid of a proper diet, exercise and emotional well being.

To get rid of acne and to get and maintain clean, clear skin it is necessary to get off the couch and out from in front of the TV set and do some walking or some other form of exercise. It is necessary to eat healthy nutritious fruits and vegetables.

It is necessary to eliminate the stress and emotional duress from life.

Choosing to get rid of acne is as simple as getting eight hours of sleep a night and drinking at a minimum of two quarts of water ever day. Better yet, drink on ounce of water per pound of body weight daily. Giving up all the sugar and caffeine and tobacco and alcohol and refined, bleached white flour products is a necessary diet adjustment for a healthy body and clear, clean skin.

Apply these tried and proven tips daily to help reduce the amount of toxins in the body and also the amount of and frequency of pimple flare ups. Doing these things will reward you in ways you have long forgotten about. These simple tips will give you a stronger healthier body with clean clear skin.
