The best cream to whiten skin has to be a cream made of all natural products. Are you tired of spending all your money on chemicals and sprays that claim to whiten your skin? I have tried all of them and all I did was spend money and not see any results.

Then I read about some home remedies that have been around for centuries. What do you thing people did back then with no Wal-Mart. They made their medications and treatments from plants and other natural products. You know what the creams and paste they made actually worked and it was safe for your skin and the environment.

It is a known fact that people with darker skin tend to be affected by hyperpigmentation more than Caucasians. This does not mean someone who is light complicated cannot be affected by hyperpigmentation put it is less likely.

The best cream to whiten skin is made up of aloe vera, potato, lemon juice, honey, and pure water. Who knew they had all the ingredients to whiten skin in their kitchen. Most natural remedies for lightening skin are derived from these basic compounds. They can vary depending on the plant species available in different regions of the world. But they work just the same.

When you are using the paste it is best to apply it on a daily basis. You will not see results for a couple of weeks so patience is key.

Since the products are all natural you should not notice any irritation unless you are allergic to one of the plant materials. You can substitute items as well.

The paste help rejuvenate healthy cells while the acid in the lemon juice slowly removes the bad skin cells. You will only apply the paste to the darker patches of skin. The list of home remedies for hyperpigmentation and acne is unlimited.

This is just one example of a cream to whiten skin that you can use that is inexpensive. There are also other treatments available such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and acid peels. The drawback is the price of the treatments and the fact that they are not natural.

If you are like me you want to keep things as natural as possible for you and your environment. We only have one body and one planet to live on.

Using a cream to whiten skin is your way of taken care of yourself and the environment at the same time. There is a lot of information you can access to learn more about hyperpigmentation and acne. The best part is most of it is free and you can get it at your local grocery store or even you backyard.

I just use a cream called Monsia whitening cream, I read that vitamin C was a must in those creams so I got that one online. Working great so far :) Before that I used to mix lemon and tomato juice and put it on my face for like 15mins a day, I did that for like 6 WEEKS and nothing changed. Guess creams are better than natural remedies once in a while!

What is hyper pigmentation? It sounds serious. Is it contagious or anything ;)? Actually I do not know what it is. Why would a body want to lighten their skin when it seems the whole white world (No prejudice intended ;)) is running to tanning salons to get that Florida tan? Just wondering.

Hyper-pigmentation is where the skin cells do not produce enough melanin. Melanin is what gives our skin color or lack their of. Melanin is more easily noticed in people with darker skin tones but can effect light skin tones as well. It is not contagious but the person suffering can have low self confidence because of it. It usually occurs in spots or patches. It can be brown, red, or black. It can be caused by several factors such as acne, sun damage, and even after an injury heals and forms scars.
