Sleep Apnea Symptoms - Scary Long Term Effects!

You have arrived in the right place to learn about the long term effect that sleep apnea will bring along. Sit back and read along as I list a few of the bed symptoms that are caused by sleep apnea.

There are also short term effects that come along with sleep apnea. But I will be just listing the long term effects.

Long Term Effects Sleep Apnea Causes

  • High blood pressure - High blood pressure is the early start of everything bad in life. So many bad things come with high blood pressure like heart attacks, strokes and many more horrible things.
  • Sexual Disorders - Yup, you heard me right the first time. Trouble in the bed is a very bad thing especially if it takes you months to get a girl. Not pointing any fingers, but by far the worst effect sleep apnea has to offer.
  • Heart Failure - This happens due to the stress that is put on the heart because it is trying to hard to get some air in the lungs during stages of apnea. Not a very fun thing, trust me!
  • Heart disease - Due to non-stop high blood pressure, as I said earlier high blood pressure is one of the worst things to develop. You can see how it can lead to numerous conditions that can eventually kill you.
  • Weight Gain - Isn't that something? You can actually gain more weight by having sleep apnea.this happens because of the sleep that you think you are getting you are not. Simple as that, the bed will not have enough energy for you to go out there and run or lift a few weights. I really do hope you people out there that thought sleep apnea was just a blow over health condition, well it's not! Gaining weight also ties into the sexual disorders, I will just leave that up to you all to figure that one out.
  • Irregular Heart Rhythm - Not a very pleasant thing to have, if you are the one that has this condition that means a heart attack could happen at anytime and this will 99% of the time lead to heart murmurs. If you don't know what that is exactly let me explain. A heart murmur is a very loud sound that comes from the heart due to turbulent blood flow. All I have to say about this one is, go to the doctor Right Now!
  • Arterial Disease - Once again, something that is caused by high blood pressure. This condition is just as bad as heart disease, in the end it can kill you or lead to something worst than death. That is the pain that you have and you wish you were dead. Believe me, I have known a lot of people that too this as a joke.

I hope that everybody that passed through has enjoyed this article and was a solution for sleep for all of the people with a sleep disorder out there.
