About Summer Camps

By Samir and Zeke

Our Football Academy has set a benchmark for the development of young players both on and off the pitch. We will host our camps and programs in some of the finest sporting and educational facilities in the country.

Groups Stages for Summer Camps

- First Touch 3,4 and 5 year old

- Pre-Academy U6 - U8

- Academy U9 - U12

- Elite Academy U12 - U15

- College Prep U16 - U18

Football Academy summer camp is designed for mixed ability players. We welcome all those players who want to work on technical and tactical aspects in a functional (game-situation) setting.

We want the curriculum to represent two things:

• Much of the fun, upbeat and competitive games and exercises coaches had been exposed to during her their careers on the professional level.

• A method of teaching technical and tactical aspects of the game that allow young players to enhance their self-confidence, decision-making and problem solving.

Up to 60 players can attend each football camp and will be coached in all aspects of the game. Children will be educated in techniques such as passing, receiving, dribbling, running with the ball and shooting in a way that recognizes the ability and needs of each individual.

We wholeheartedly believe that the overall development of young people can be further enhanced by spending time in our programs. Participants will be inspired with a sense of enjoyment, teamwork and respect for other children in a safe and friendly environment.

Being taught by bilingual coaches’ means that all participants will fully understand instruction on these exclusive training sessions.

Each camp offers:

• Professional and dedicated MFA coaching in all aspects of the game

• Expertly designed practices, activities and skills sessions

• Learn to play football proper and modern way via the technical development of areas such as ball control, dribbling, passing, turning and shooting

• Mini-tournaments will give players chance to express themselves in real game like situations.

As well as discovering new techniques, participants in this training program will also improve their tactical, mental and physical skills.

Our goal is to offer the best football experience you can imagine!

In this article we will share FIRST TOUCH PROGRAM

DEVELOPMENT GOALS for 3-5 years old

• Step over ball

• Dribble in specific direction

• Dribble through wide obstacle

• Stop a rolling ball and turn (pull-back and change direction)

• Step sideways over a ball (step-over)

• Touch ball ONLY with feet

At this age the child is truly becoming a soccer player and developing both sub- conscious and conscious soccer skills. Knowing that they are still thriving to develop and now use their imaginations, nursery rhymes and songs...these are all still a vital piece of the curriculum, but adventures and stories become a more prevalent tool for keeping attention and maintaining activity enjoyment. The coach has the responsibility at this age to begin implementing true soccer skills into our games for this age group.

Character Development

We are ecstatic to provide soccer instruction and play for young adventurers!

Masters Football Academy provides a fun, friendly, and creative football environment for kids 3-5 years old. Come on out and join the fun!

Our innovative curriculum extends beyond physical activity to incorporate values like respect, sharing, teamwork, encouragement and cooperation. The enhancement of a child’s coordination, balance and agility is often seen immediately, but it is the building blocks being created for a lifelong love of sports that have the strongest impact.

Football beginners in the 3- to 5-year-old group must learn how to dribble, pass and shoot. They also must get a handle on the basic team objectives: advancing the ball on offense and taking the ball away on defense. Drills run as fun games are more likely to hold the attention of younger players.

Our Academy coaches are energetic and enthusiastic, are great teachers, and love working with children. We not only teach football skills -- we develop balance, coordination and agility. Our Academy teaches children important concepts such as teamwork, sharing and respect. Come kick it with us!

More age groups will be published next week..

Truly Yours
