The authors also describe numerous energetic systems that our bodies are composed of, as they provide ways to experiment with the body's own subtle energy. Included in this chapter is an excellent explanation of the chakra system.

For example when it pages created high enough, a violin can shatter class. The various mantras, although equally efficient, vibrate on different wavelengths” (Swami Vishnu Devananda). Since many Western practitioners are not familiar with Sanskrit, the Goldmans focus on proper pronunciation and translation interpretation of terms goes a long way to demystifying the invitation practices.
