Clive Staples Lewis or simply C.S. Lewis was a creative Irish writer. He was a novelist, academic, critic, poet, lecturer, broadcaster and Christian apologist.
Even though raised in religious family, there was a time when he left his childhood Christian faith and became an atheist. He returned to Christianity influenced by his friend and Oxford colleague J. R. R. Tolkien and admitted that God exists.
