Sitting at one place and working all the time will put your mind in the same position again and again. You would be thinking of the same issues and problems. Besides, this will make you physically unfit too. An unfit body leads to a stressed mind. Hence have some physical activity in your daily routine. This can be in terms of doing some daily jogging, cycling, swimming or any other activity that you like. You can also change your fitness routine so that you do not get bored.
