Many Of Our Physical Illnesses Came From Our Thought Processes

I once attended a training classes last time when I'm still in college and one of our guest was neurosurgeon. She quoted a statistic that surprised to everybody including me. She said that as much as 75% of all illnesses are self-induced!

But that doesn't mean those illnesses are not real. It doesn't you don't really have a rash, or an ulcer,or whatever. It means that in many cases, the stress in our lives causes or bodies to manifest many physical illnesses that we would not otherwise have. Stress a lot make you gain weight, have an ulcer, heart disease, losing hair countless of bad condition causes this.

And we are... by the psychologists that as much as 77% of everything we think is negative, counterproductive and works against us and that would be the case.

Now we don't know if we're going to believe if or not. Let us assume it's only 25%. That's still a lot of negative inputs that you have to overcome in life, if that's true. It's so no wonder why so many people are sick or think we are.. Hypochondriacs are not hypochondriacs because they want to be...and it's because their brains somehow make sure that they are literally, physically sick.

Like for instance, a close friend of mine was under such stress at one time that he could just look at his arm and a welt would appear. His mind caused his body to reflect the stress in his life, with a physical symptom that was very real.

Another friend that I have known for many years... in a long time always gone for medical check up for different kind of medical complaints.. this happened one at a time.. pain on her chest, the acidity of her stomach..benign vertigo.. losing hair..but after a doctor's thorough exam, the laboratory test, the x-ray..it all came up normal. Believe it or not...but that's the truth!

Apparently she already under gone two major surgery. The last surgery that she had been through....she was wondered why and asked herself of why did it happen to her. She can't believe of it, because of her lifestyle in regards to food. She was not fond of eating much meat but more on fish and vegetables. [Did you know that for everyday meal we must consume only 20% of meat and 80% of fruits and vegetables]. And she was once rush to the hospital for bleeding that almost made her gone, hemoglobin came down to 4, while the normal reading for women is 12-16. So sad to hear!

Do you believe it was because of the stress or maybe in some kind? But I do believe stress is the most contributed for a person to get sick. Where do we get having an ulcer, belly fat, man getting bald and thinning woman's hair it's all the cause of stress but to older people because of aging. We need to relax for quite sometimes..hard to do when you have a big problem most especially when you have no where to go. Lucky us we have hospital offering stress management class. These programs evaluate and focus in coping up on how to deal our stress free from illness. They educate people so they can effectively manage their own problem to the best of their ability. People have to realized what bad consequences that could bring us to our family... more problem added... being physically sick!.

But it is quite necessary to get into your mind that it would bring more problem when you will become sick if your always stress. Right! Remember that health is wealth! All the money your saving as of now for future needs will only goes to hospital expenses. What I am trying to tell to anyone is to take care of our self and to those young people..never say because your young it's okay to eat any thing you want.

In a study in Japan, they took a group of people and rubbed leaves on their arms, telling them that it was poison ivy. Half of them were rubbed with some innocuous leaf that wouldn't do anything to anyone under normal circumstances. But, guess how many of them broke out with poison ivy symptoms? That's right all of them.

The points is our minds are powerful than we think they are, so powerful, in fact, that what you believe most can literally make the difference between life and death.

It is true that if you think it is.. I have another story to share....there's a man who was accidentally locked inside the room. When his eyes adapted to the dark , he realized that he was inside a refrigerated boxcar. He began to shiver and his teeth soon he began to chatter. He made all the noise to attract anyone's attention asking for help and he hopelessly gave up lay down the floor. Thinking he was in the freezer.

The man tried to fight against the cold until he was overcome by hypothermia and fell asleep never wake up again.. The next day the repairmen open the door of the refrigerated boxcar and found the man dead. The repairmen come to repair the units.

But the problem is the refrigeration units on the boxcar had not worked for some time. The repairman come to repair the units. The temperature had not gone down below fifty degrees that night.

The man died because of what he believed that he was freezing to death! His mind was no convinced that he was freezing to death when he was trapped that his body carried out instructions.

People who were expected to live less than a year have not only outlived the doctor's prognosis by at least twice that; they have also live a more active, normal life. The mind works to heal the body. The process doctor's teach to their patient used was a variations of self-talk.When it happens we got sick... along with any medical treatment, we must spend time of daily talking to our bodies to go away. Don't think of you're sick, because the more you feel sick. Spend time doing things that keeps you busy.

Repeating the following simple affirmation daily, each morning and evening; "Everyday, in every way, I'm getting better and better." Using this simple affirmation alone everyday, the healing results were nothing less than a spectacular. There is nothing to lose if we follow this affirmation. I heard and I know that hundreds of patients were cured, with a simple phrase. There's some self-talk CD that you can listen every single day. Let us set ourselves free from stress and physical illnesses. Be aware the importance of our own health

And how do we explain this? I must say that the body responds to what the mind is hearing. It is automatic, and there is nothing as powerful as the mind and body connection. I heard and I know that hundreds of patients were cured, saying with a simple phrase. There's some CD that you can listen every single day. Let us free ourselves.

The good news is that the same "mind power" that can cause illness, can also help to ease or even cure it. During the day when you're feeling of sleep you should take a nap, a very important to do it's because our organ inside our body needs time to rest aside to a night sleep..especially your heart that's need most. Please do take care of yourselves! As what I have said earlier that health is...Wealth!

I enjoyed your article. If negative thinking can cause so many problems, we can improve our health with positive thinking. Of course, positive thinking is not enough. Keeping healthy habits such as eating right, exercising, and getting plenty of rest are also important. I agree stress causes many problems. I also enjoyed your stories about different people and what happened to them. You were very effective in making your point with these stories.

You are so right! Important message! THe messages we have and those imposed on us that we accept have the power to destroy us. Happily the reverse is also true! Prayer. Expectation. Holding on to God.
