As we all know, women are notorious for having moods of unpredictability which has caused some confusion in men and their peers. For generations, men have been asking what causes mood swings in women, sadly, it's a question that most men can't answer because it can be one thing one day and something else the next day.
Some men might argue that most women themselves don't know how they'll feel the next day and most men are very supportive and patient with their woman's mood changes, but some men feel overwhelmed by it without knowing what's causing it.
Mood swings in women can stem from a variety of things and most times, it's usually something that's close to their heart like something that they want or feel strongly about. Aging is one of the key causes of mood swings in women, no woman wants to age or look older than she really is and most women usually stress out about how they're going to go about keeping their age secret even though they know deep down that they can't. Aging is a part of life, most women want to do everything in their power to keep it from happening to them, it's sad really.
There are some women who are born with the manic depressive illness which can cause mood swings in women as well, women suffering from this will likely find themselves biting and snapping at everything that has form even at people who had nothing to do with it. Another side effect besides the constant mood swings is the feeling of isolation, which likely instill feelings of loneliness in the woman which in turn causes her to cry uncontrollably.
Another factor that causes mood swings in women is the monthly period that women get, and men know all too well that this can be a very expected occurrence. Generally, women going through this are likely to turn on their partner because of the hormonal shifts that their body is going through. It can be argued that if it's going on within the woman's body then she should be able to control her mood and temperament, but most women will agree that their mood being affected by this is something that they can't control and most are helpless to it.
Women who are urgently trying to have a baby and are having trouble getting pregnant is another cause of mood swings in women, women going through this make it their life's work (so to speak) to have a child before their bodies change forever thereby disabling any chance of them getting pregnant. Working a stressful job that keeps the woman there 12 hours a day everyday can be a contributing factor in preventing this, the stress from that environment can make possible mom to be too overworked or tired to even try to have a baby which can strain her relationship. In closing, mood swings in women are caused by many things but taking active steps to prevent it can help women live longer and happier.
