It is possible to recover from panic attacks . I am living proof of it and if I can do it so can you. The fact that you are reading this page tells me that you are all too familiar with the frightening symptoms of anxiety panic disorder and either you or someone you care about is suffering from panic attacks. I know how debilitating this can be because I began having panic attacks at age 16. I suffered from severe panic attacks with agoraphobia and other phobias for most of my life. Unfortunately programs like "The Linden Method" were not available then. I wish it had been because I would have recovered much quicker and not wasted so much time. I know how this disorder can affect you life and how it wreaks havoc with confidence, self-esteem and the ability to live a normal life. I am here to tell you that you can recover from panic attacks. I’m not going to go through all the symptoms because if you are here you already know all of that. I want to focus on what you can do to begin to recover from panic attacks and start enjoying your life.

Hope and believing that you can recover from panic attacks is essential. One of the things I always had was the belief that I could recover from panic attacks. I had to. I read everything I could on panic disorders and spent the majority of my time trying to figure this thing out. Everybody else was living without panic why couldn't I? Panic attacks are frightening and limiting. If I was going to live the life I had envisioned for myself I knew I had to find a way to recover from this. I was desperate for a solution. At times I felt like I was going crazy, but in reality I was a very normal person. I just had panic attacks. Some of the information I read gave me some hope but it was limited. At that time there wasn't the understanding of this anxiety disorder like there is today. Today there is a much better understanding of panic attacks and effective treatment methods are available to help you recover from panic attacks. There is hope and there is a way out of the vicious cycle .

Millions of people suffer from panic attacks. You definitely are not alone. Many people have recovered from this anxiety disorder and are now living panic free. I am one of them. I know when I was suffering from panic attacks it gave me great hope and inspiration when I read about someone who recovered. I hope I can be that inspiration for you because I did recover from panic attacks. Living without panic attacks feels like a whole new wonderful world. I regained my self- confidence and feel I can do just about anything I want to. My fear of having a panic attack does not dictate what I will or will not do anymore. It is very empowering to be able to live without the confines of panic attacks. I admit, I still do not enjoy flying, but I can do it! Driving used to be problematic for me and now I can drive across the country without panic attacks. My husband and I recently drove from Chicago to Florida, 965 miles and it was fun and relaxing. Never thought I’d be able to say that. Just know that it is possible and there are many more people out there who have been cured of panic attacks. You can also be one of them.

I will tell you that it takes dedication, commitment, the right program and courage to recover from panic attacks. It will require you to do things that may be uncomfortable at times. Think of the runner who trains for a marathon. They have to practice, train and endure some pain to achieve their goal. It is worth it. It is about making dreams come true, living life and ending the suffering. You have to work your way thru it with the proper guidance.

You already have what it takes. You have endured life with panic attacks and anxiety. You have already taken the first step by being here looking for a solution. Freedom, empowerment, happiness, joy, personal growth, healthier relationships and living dreams await you on the other side.
