Most people have a tendency to wake up in the morning in a good mood and there are those who are known to go about their day in a good or in some cases, a great mood. However, there are times when people suddenly see themselves getting angry for no apparent reason or that's how it might seem
at first. These same people later discover that they have a reason why they're getting upset out of the blue, and ask why do I have mood swings, which could stem from a variety of reasons from things that they want that other people have or material possessions.
One answer to women that ask why do I have mood swings could be that they're lonely and miss the companionship of another person, working a job that you love is one thing but it ultimately means nothing if you don't have a special someone in your life to share it with. Every time she sees her friends with their men, she goes from being happy to being moody and mean which can have a detrimental effect on her friendship with her friends. Case in point, a manic depressive is laughing at something like their favorite comedy on television one minute
and the next minute they're crying about how alone they feel in the world because they don't have a partner or because they think that their friends have better things to do than to spend their time with them; mood swings for manic depressives are very much unpredictable.
Another reason why people might ask why do I have mood swings could lie in the fact that they don't belong, they feel angry at the world because they don't feel like they fit in anywhere. The other factor could be that the person has a group of friends that they hang out with all the time, but that person doesn't have anything in common with their friends which could cause issues of isolation between them and their friends hence causing the person to have mood swings. Ten times out of ten, the cause of people's mood swings usually lie within themselves and not other people.
In conclusion, acting out of the ordinary is probable cause to ask why do I have mood swings because it'll help you face the problem and solving it.
