This is the 2nd in a series on the benefits of taking Amino Acid supplements. Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein but each one has specific functions that are beneficial to health. Glutathione

Glutathione isn't technically an Amino Acid. It is a Tripeptide consisting of the Amino Acids Glycine, Glutamic Acid and Cysteine.
