Professional Woman And Health

It is very common that a professional woman performs different works in this modern age. They perform multiple tasks in this modern world. She has to take care of work at home and she has to take care of her professional work. She has to work more in 24 hours time per day. This results in stress and strain of every day life and finally her health gets affected. The heavy work reflects on her health and makes her prone to different diseases.

What is the solution to her problems?

She has to learn time management skills. She has to plan clearly her professional life and personal life and avoid confusion and conflict. Yoga helps her in many ways. Physical exercise is necessary for physical fitness. She should take proper diet and supplements for good health. The new era woman has to concentrate on healthy practices. Women in the age group of 40 + or - always should take extra care of health.

It is always advisable to take water at regular intervals. Women should always remember that water is a great solvent. Water is always excreted through the body along with waste products. Just one spoon of lemon juice added to water acts like a diuretic and relieves from bloating. It is advisable to take 5 to 6 liters water every day.

Calcium, iron and multivitamin and mineral capsules are excellent supplements. The capsules contain all necessary vitamins necessary for the women’s body and helps her to maintain good health. It is always better to take tea and coffee and green tea. At the same they should avoid smoking and drinking beer or whiskey.

Problems like osteoporosis and anemia are very common in women. Women develop osteoporosis very easily. Calcium absorption decreases with age. Milk is a rich source of calcium. For obese women milk powder or skimmed milk is better than milk. Other calcium providers are millets and broccoli salad. Women suffer from anemia easily due to various reasons. Due to anemia they feel exhausted and become weak. If they eat almonds, spinach and green leafy vegetables they will get necessary amounts of iron.

Green tea is a good source of antioxidants. Vegetable salad, salad chicken, nuts and beans are good for health. Fruits and vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals. They also provide nutrients, fiber and protein. But be careful while eating raw vegetables because it may result in indigestion and infections.

So a professional women has to plan her life, food, and daily routine to escape from stress and strain of every day life. Always remember body and mind are inter-linked. Finally they should always remember to consult a doctor at the earliest if they suspect any disease that is physical or mental. Always remember the proverb a stitch in time saves nine.
