Like most people, I have always interested in food...As a child I was excited to go to the market with my mother. At home I would help her put the food away in the cupboards or in the fridge.She taught us how to prepare and cook food at an earlier age and I have no regret about it. I believe that the addition of Moringa oleifera as our dietary food supplement to our daily diet, along with drinking plenty of water everyday and exercise can help improve our all health and well being.
