What Moringa Tree Does To Our Body Health

Like most people, I have always interested in food...As a child I was excited to go to the market with my mother. At home I would help her put the food away in the cupboards or in the fridge.She taught us how to prepare and cook food at an earlier age and I have no regret about it. I was so very thankful for what she did for us. I'd like to share a few things about moringa oleifera, and what benefits of moringa can give us...we call it "malunggay" in our country.

As I grew up, my mother introduced to us in eating moringa leaves regularly. Fortunately, we have a neighbor that has a moringa tree near our backyard. Every time my mother wants to cook something with moringa, she just simply asks our helper to pick some moringa leaves from our neighbors tree. During that time I have no idea that moringa has a lot of nutritional benefits to our body...only until recently... from head to toe, inside and out. I remembered my son telling me about moringa and I ignoring him because of the name.Year 2010 when all of us visited our homeland, he asked my brother where he could get or buy moringa. While there, every single day, he ate moringa with a wide variety of recipes. When he's not feeling well, instead of taking any medicine right away. He will find a reliever in a natural medicines.

As far back as I can remember, my siblings and I rarely got sick or went to a doctor. Each and every time one of us we're sick or not feeling well, my mother treats us on her own using different kinds of herbs. Interesting to note as well, moringa leaves has lactating benefits to nursing mothers.. helps to produce milk, induced you to sleep especially when you consume it at dinner time and good for digestion. My mother had been telling these to us. I only stopped eating moringa (malunggay) when I came here over 25 years ago.

Recently in modern science, scientific research proven that Moringa is a miracle tree, have an exciting healing properties, preventing hundreds of diseases. They also consider this one of the most nutritional plant that has it all ever been discovered on earth. It has shown that every parts of the moringa tree can be effective against numerous health issues. The leaves, roots, seed, bark, fruit, flowers and immature pods contain minerals and are good source of protein. It also contains vitamins, B-carotene, amino acids, chlorophyl and various phenolics. Quite interesting as well, is it can be used as a water purifier. Among of the institutions supported these is John Hopkins School of Medicine, the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and the National Institue for Health.

In addition, we all know many people spend a tremendous amount of money on medications and operations while virtually nothing is spent on prevention, education and health. We all know, the health care costs increase every year while our over health decreases. People continue to eat poorly...always depend on medications and operations. Additionally medicines came from herbs, too. It has less side effects. That is why I am pleased to let you know all the incredible health benefits of moringa tree. As for myself, I consider Moringa a multi-vitamin. and can quite possibly be the only daily food supplement our body needs. Moringa is extremely safe to consume and have been used to combat malnutrition, especially among infants (9mos.+) and nursing mothers.

Moringa is now in a new modern miracle herb on the market. I believe that the addition of Moringa oleifera as our dietary food supplement to our daily diet, along with drinking plenty of water everyday and exercise can help improve our all health and well being. Consuming moringa capsule with meal is like eating fruits and vegetables daily also to people who always on the go and for some children who hates to eat vegetables and sometimes even fruits, too. And if, Moringa is widely consumed as a regular part of a healthy diet, the health advantages could be great in every part of the world. and for more scientific research...moringa will reveal even more suprising qualities of moringa.

In addition, I hope everyone would realized eating chemicalized junk food, with wax and pesticide is bad for health. But it's not, too late yet to be healthy again. The general rule is that any attention to diet is better than nothing at all..Lastly, what I had noticed most of moringa trees are grown in a poor countries. Maybe, just maybe, it is God's gift for them to get all the nutrients they need to their body since the people living there are less fortunate.

Divine Victory, nice piece. Planted a couple of moringa plants about 24 months ago. They are now beginning to mature. Haven't added it to my diet yet but will do so soon. Do you have recipes?

Oh,yes! I do have...just published a while ago. If you want to have a full benefit of moringa take it everyday. When time you cook and eat moringa, just take 1 capsule instead of recommended 2 capsule a day. Take care!

You don't need recipes. Just add it to your food or drink on a daily basis. I chew the seeds and add the powdered leaves to my diet everyday. If you can't get the powder, use the leaves even if it means you chew as it is. Avoid boiling them.

I know,Kavinah...only to those people who like ...although dry leaves gives you more nutrients.than fresh leaves. It's okay to cook it for sometimes to eat...Thanks and good for you taking moringa ...seems your eating fruits and vegetables everyday.

Good to know, you're family are healthy. Hope your grandchildren and the mother will take this food supplement, it will really help them a lot. When you take this, take only 1cap for 3 days, listen to your body. If you don't feel any unusual things then you can start to take the recommended dosage. Thank you, God bless you, too!
