Tattoos on Girls Backs - Pros and Cons

Tattoos on girls backs involve not only on the design and where to put it but also how both of them complement each other. It needs to show that you are both feminine and also it needs to show your personality. Lets talk about the pros and cons of tattoos on girls backs.

Where is the most common place for tattoos on girls backs? Well the most common spot on a women's back is the lower center of her back, right above the panty line. These days with the low cut jeans and snug tees that sit above her belly button, this spot has been the perfect tattoo placement for a women to show off her tattoo design.

Pro

With today's clothing fashion this is an ideal spot to show off your tattoo design. It is both subtle and but very noticeable it someone does see it. This is a very sexy spot for a women to get a tattoo.

Con

Tattoos on girls backs aren't very original. This is one of the most common places for a women to get a tattoo on their back. It has become so common that it has it's own slang name for it. The "Tramp Stamp". No I for one know that I hate when someone says something like "What are those tattoos going to look like in 40 years" whenever I get a new tattoo. But really think about this, if a women gets a "Tramp Stamp", 40 years from now it won't look so attractive anymore.

Here are some alternatives.

If you are still dead set on getting a tattoo on your lower back then maybe you can get it off to one side and not have it centered. Maybe even on your side right above your hips. Having it there for one thing, it will be much easier to take care of. You need to keep it from getting dry for 2 weeks and let me tell you from experience, getting a tattoo on your back and needing someone else to wash it and put the ointment on can be a pain.

Another option for tattoos on girls backs would be to get a tattoo design that is more like a mural than just a single design like a butterfly. Get a design that goes across the back instead of something small that is centered on your lower back. And it is easy if you want to add to it later.

Where ever you decide to put your tattoo placement you need to be happy with it. It will be there for the rest of your life. No matter where you decide to put it a good, unique, and sexy tattoo design can make all the difference. In the end if you like the design and the placement then go for it. It's your body and you have to live with the
