I am not going to lie to you though, you will not lose the weight overnight. If you are desperate to lose the weight fast, then this is not for you. I can tell you from experience, the faster that you lose the weight, the easier it comes back on - and usually with extra weight gain. With every diet plan that I have tried, and I have tried all the big names, I was able to lose a lot of weight, but I always gained it back. I made myself believe that the reason the weight never stayed off was because of my thyroid problems.
I now know why the weight never stayed off.
You see, I am basically a lazy person. I am not saying that I sit on my behind all day and do nothing because I don't. I am constantly "in motion" taking my kids to all their functions, cleaning the house, doing the shopping, and squeezing in as much exercise as I could in-between. What I mean is that I took the easy route when it came to foods. I am the "queen" of fast foods. On my journeys to the grocery store, I would purchase any and all foods that were simple to prepare or easy to grab and eat on the go. I would try to purchase the things that appeared to be healthy for my family's sake, but they were still foods that had been prepared. Even with the diets that I chose, I wanted them to be the kind that I didn't have to think about...just microwave it and enjoy.
What I realized was that these were the very foods that were causing me to gain weight.
Read the box of the foods that you have purchased. If you don't know what it is, or how to pronounce it, then you shouldn't be eating it. It is that simple. The food companies have taken wholesome foods and processed them so much that by the time that they hit our mouths, there is not much work for our bodies to do to use it. It converts to fat so quickly. And we keep buying them because they taste good and are easy to prepare!

You need to plan meals using healthy, unprocessed foods and plan in advance if you are going to be in a hurry. You can be successful with your weight loss and it will be lasting if you lose weight the right way!
