It is not a secret that many people are looking forward to black Friday sales every year. This is the day when you can easily buy goods and Christmas presents at surprisingly low prices. It is a big opportunity to get all the great deals, but most of the stores open at the first cockcrow and you don’t want to miss first few hours of it. That is probably the reason why we are concerned about how to get up early for black Friday sales especially after a late family Thanksgiving dinner. Here are some tips on how to get up early to get all the good deals.

First of all, you need to have a proper sleep the night before. I know it’s not easy since most of the families celebrate Thanksgiving together, but even those few hours of sleep you can squeeze can really help you wake up early feeling good, of course, as long as you get the quality sleep you need. To get the proper sleep make sure it is dark, quiet and cool in your bedroom. This is the perfect sleeping environment for you. I know when your family sleeps over at your house after the late dinner, it is hard to create the right sleeping atmosphere, but you can always use some extra help, like earplugs and eye mask, for example. This will help you not only to get a quality sleep that you need but also to avoid family hassle.

Second, you need to take care of your alarm clock. It should be loud, especially if you are a heavy sleeper. You have more chances to get up on time if you place your alarm clock out of reach, so you actually have to get out of bed in order to turn it off. Also, you should consider using few alarm clocks located in different corners of the room to make sure you will arrive to the store on time to get all the great deals.

Finally, when the alarm clock rings you should get out of bed immediately, no snooze options. Turn the lights on right away and spare few minutes to take a shower to help your body and mind wake up and you will feel great and productive for the rest of the day even though you woke up extremely early. Alternating warm and cool water will give you an energy boost speeding the blood circulation. Don’t skip your morning coffee, it might be too early to have a breakfast, but it is never too early for a cup of coffee that will keep you awake. Be proactive, turn on your favorite radio station and smile. Now that you know how to get up early for black Friday sales I’m sure you will get all the great deals. Have fun shopping!
