One More Flippin\'

One more flippin' and dinner will be ready!

Oh, how I dislike cooking. I know it's fun for many women (and some men, too) but definitely not so with me. I dread it as much as I hate the heat of Texas summer! But I can't ignore the fact that I have to cook most of the time.

I am the only girl in a family of three boys. With that being said, I grew up a princess. My mom would rather do everything as long as I studied and did great in school. Of course, they were not frustrated with me because I was always in the honor roll.

But what good did that do to me? No good at all! I did not realize that until I got married and had to do household chores and some cooking myself. More so when I started to have children. The cleaning and cooking are unending tasks in the house! Imagine how much I cried everyday because I knew nothing about housekeeping. My hands were all sore from the wounds caused by dust, detergents and other cleaning chemicals. I am allergic to them.

I guess someone heard my cry - someone who knew what many women like me need in the kitchen! For me it's a miracle to see what I am about to share. As I was surfing the net, the "Flip Jack" caught my attention. This is just what I needed the most!

Did you know that everybody is talking about it now? "Flip Jack" is the all-new nonstick pan you will absolutely love because it can make your cooking so easy. It is quite expensive, though. But if you have an eye for shopping, you can get it for as low as $10. I got mine this cheap at Ross. The moment my eyes spotted one, I didn't give it a second thought. I grabbed my own Flip Jack!

Flip Jack is one of the favorite pans in the kitchen. This was originally created for pancakes, over-easy eggs, or French toast. All you need to do is simply add your favorite pancake batter, close the lid, and flip the pan. Oh, boy, imagine your perfect full-sized pancake or your perfect over-easy eggs that you can cook with just one hand. They slide right out of the pan without having to use a spatula!

What makes flip jack distinctive is its dual hinged cooking design with orgreenic nonstick, nontoxic surface. It is very lightweight and is tight fit to keep the batter, egg, or bread inside the pan. This is why there are less drips or mess! You cook with less oils and fats as well!

Oh, how I love my Flip Jack! Definitely, you can cook any kind of dish with it. Because I am always busy, I keep some frozen sautéed meat and shrimps. Anytime I am in a rush which happens everytime, I just get a spoonful or two, put it in the heated Flip Jack sprayed with light coating of vegetable oil, then add my favorite vegetables. With one more flippin' dinner is ready!

Yeah, this is all over the media. There are reviews going on demonstrating its use. And, I guess I've got company here. I'm not good with spatulas either! Thanks for dropping by, Steve! You better grab one for yourself. You will really love it as much as I do!
