How to Increase Your Websites Conversions?

Are you tired of driving traffic to your site and not getting anyone to buy from you. A lot of people think they have a traffic problem, when the real problem is converting that traffic to customers.

Conversions is the measure of how many visitors take action on your site, meaning that they either sign up or buy from you. This is truly the difference between keeping your doors open or not.

First off are you targeting the right audience? By simply giving people what they are looking for will increase your conversion rates. Make an offer they can’t refuse, put yourself in their shoes and figure out what they want and give it to them.

Start creating great content that will keep your customer interested. Create that hook to keep them involved, let them know how your product or service will benefit them. If you do these things right you will put money in your pocket.

It’s important to dangle something for free that will add value to their lives. Create an urgency, a discount for opting in now, motivate them to act fast. When you convert someone into a customer they are your customer for life.

Build up a trust with them, give them your contact information so they can call you if they have any questions. Write your testimony on your page, also add some from your customers, this will help build up the legitimacy of your product, service, or what ever you are selling. Take away the risk and give them a guarantee to get their money back if they are not 100% satisfied.

Ask for some feed back, either on your site or in a follow-up e-mail. Offer an incentive of some kind for doing this. This will show your customers that you care about them. Here is something that I have seen which is optional, but you could have a link to take them some where else, for example, your blog, a training video. or somewhere else to get more information. I do believe this could be very profitable if done right. This will let your customer know you care enough about them to give them the help they need or are looking for.

Run split testing campaigns for your sites. Not every test will give you success, but try them all and you will see significant sales on your site. This will tell you which page is working, a high converting page is a huge asset.

Start by doing some little changes to your site, test the headlines, your introduction, images, or change-up your offer. Minor changes can have a major impact on your conversions. This can also apply to your e-mails, change them up a little as well.

Always track your conversions, this is the best way to find out where your customers are coming from. This is very important, without this you have no idea what is working and what is not.

Patience is the key to your marketing efforts. Don’t obsess over making money in the beginning, if you do things right and play by the rules, the money will come to you.
