Professionals, people who work on commissions or get paid for the work that they do are the best types of people to go after. Real estate agents for example, they have to make the sale in order to get paid, these are the best kinds of people to go after. Anyone who sells for a living because of course this is what you do.
If you would sponsor someone who doesn’t have any idea on how to talk to people or to promote what you have would be a lot harder to train. People with the right attitude are a lot easier to work with. So start prospecting professionals it will make your life a lot easier.
Prospecting can be fun if you choose to find the right people to talk to. Look for those who are already looking for ways to make a living other than the traditional job. People who have the right way of thinking to get things done properly and efficiently.
Don’t be afraid to talk to people, after all they are just people and they cant hurt you, all they can do is to say no. And if they do say no don’t forget to ask for a referral, after all they are business people and chances are they will know someone who this is for.
