Publibooking.

The concept of Publibooking was born after a trip to the USA.

The airport of Boston offered a brilliant service, but with extremely primitive methods.

Since our creator is a bit of a Technology junkie, he directly imagined a similar service, but through different media channels. The Publibooking project was born.

Now to the most important, what do we do and what is the idea behind it?

Publibooking consists of the following:

First of all we have our web site. Through our web site, you can search by regions a number of valuable information, and make direct phone calls through skype. In our system we have 8 different categories. (hotels, restaurants, bars, travel agencies, rent-a-cars, health & beauty, shopping & handcrafts, activities & culture.) Each category has space for 30 advertisers. Each advertiser has a personal web-site within the Publibooking platform.

Each site has the following information:  

•Logotipo 

•6 Photos

•Video or slide show + - 1 minute

•Text the size you wish

•Adress + Phone number

•Google maps + GPS coordinates

•Direct phone call service

Apart from our Web Site, we will have our product exposed at 5 international airports in the country.

(Lisboa terminal 1 & 2, Porto, Faro, Funchal e São Miguel.) We are getting installed in Lisbon terminal 1 on the 13th of September, 2011.

In Ponta Delgada we are already installed and successfully functioning.

The Publibooking Info Pont is a module, a box with 4 sides, 3 meters high x 1 meter wide.

On this module we have:

•4 HD televisions on top running 24 Hrs / day

•4 ASUS touch screen computers with the Publibooking platform

•4 Telephones with calls 100% for free to all our clients

•Bluetooth

Publibooking believes in service, quality, exclusiveness and accessibility. We want to offer "the" special collection of hotels, restaurants, bars... that Portugal has to offer. We have something unique to offer all our visitors.

Let me sum up by informing you that Publibooking still is a considerably young company, and has only been exposed in the Azores until now.

Our system has a "temporary client database", some will remain and others will be replaced.

After next week you will be able to use Publibooking at terminal 1 in Lisbon. You find us in front of the rent a cars. As you exit the luggage reclaim, to the public outside area, and to your right.
