1. Empty Tummy Workout: By exercising with an empty tummy you’ll burn fat and calories a lot faster.

2. Jump Start Your Metabolism: Do this by having a glass of water first thing in the morning. This will give your metabolism a good old boost.

3. Don’t Skip Meals: Do not skip a meal, instead have at least 5-6 smaller meals through the day. Try a nice salad, or some Tuna on some low fat crackers. Take some carrot sticks and some celery to work.

4. Eat More Fruit And Vegetables: Start incorporating more fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet. This is much better then processed and take away food.

19. Fuel The Body: Fuel your body with food that fills it and is good for you. Start eating nuts, fruit, even dried fruit is good. Raw veggies are good, when you get used to it, it will be natural for you to go and grab a carrot and chew on it.
