With the Holidays nearing and Annual New Years Resolution always seeming to be "I am going to lose some weight", here are 5 tips on how to lose your excess weight:
1.MOTIVATION:Yes that's right; motivation. Sure... you all say that your motivation was starting to think it is time to lose weight. Yes, that is a good start, but how many times have you ACTUALLLY did something? You need to motivate yourself each and every day to lose weight. Simply waking up and telling yourself "today I am going to exercise and eat right" into the mirror may actually help. Having family and friends cheer you on is also great motivation.
2.EAT HEALTHY: Eating healthy is a MAJOR factor. Cutting out fast food from your diet can be a great start. There are plenty of diet plans to get you to lose weight. Cutting out soda from your diet and replacing it with water is a very good idea. Did you know that drinking soda every day can put on an extra 10 pounds? No soda can lead to losing ten pounds!!!
3.EXERCISE: YOU GOTTA DO THIS! Seriously, you do you think your body rids itself of fats? It needs to burn it off by exercising. Exercise requires energy, and fat is what the body considers stored energy. Running and jogging are some great ways to help burn excess weight.
4.VITAMINS ARENT JUST FOR KIDS: Yes, you read that right. You used to eat them chalky vitamins as a kid, but don't anymore. Now vitamins are available in different forms [there are gummy bear vitamins!!!]. There is no denying vitamins are vital to your body, so take pill forms when you can.
5.STICK WITH IT!!!!: Sticking with these tips are great, but this one is the best. You can follow these all you want, but you need to stick with it. Rome wasn't built in a single day, and your ideal body is no exception. Time is what it is going to take for you to notice results. A Statistic shows that 95 percent of people who lose weight regain it all within 5 years. They will actually gain more because they do not stick with their plan even after reaching their goal.
âThese are some of the tips I can provide to you. Now I cannot guaruntee you results from this, I can assure you that if you stick with a routine plan, you will eventually notice some results. Set a goal for yourself, and reach it. Once there the battle isnt over, you then got to maintain it. There are plenty of diet plans that can help you organize a way to lose that weight. GET TO IT!
