A Day Of Healthy Recipes For Weight Loss

Isn't the internet awash with dieting nonsense these days? Coffee's, Teas, pills and potions. All you really want is simple, healthy recipes with real food. Here is my day of healthy recipes for weight loss.

I have picked three very simple dishes that have many possible combinations. You could use these three meals as the foundation for any diet. After each meal I suggest you have a piece of fruit.

Breakfast Omelette, 2 eggs, 10 ml milk, half an onion chopped, tomato chopped, 3 green beans Chopped

The reason I have picked an omelette is because it is so versatile. There are so many variations you can have to stop it being boring. This means you can have it for many days at a time and not get bored. Also it is so simple to make. It takes a couple of minutes, and it fills you up.

Two eggs actually give you all the protein you need for a day. They also contain every vitamin. The vegetables are giving you dietary fiber, vitamins and other nutrients. As far as healthy recipes for weight loss go this is a great way to start the day.

Lunch Salad, 1/4 lettuce - Chinese or iceberg (crunchy lettuce), 1/2 onion finely chopped, 1 tomato chopped, 4 raw mushrooms chopped, 50 grams bean sprouts, Half can of tuna, Olive oil - 10ml, Half a lemon squeezed

Make it big! Salad has a bad name. It doesn't have to be boring and it doesn't have to be tiny either. Use nice crunchy lettuce to give it some texture a whole tomato, half an onion and half a can of tuna. I am not joking this will fill you right up. You will definitely not be hungry after that. Like omelets, salads are very versatile too. You can mix and match them to stop them getting boring.

Dinner Pork steak with stir fried vegetables, 200 grams pork, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green beans, chopped courgette, Soy Sauce

I love a large chunk of meat. People seem to think that they need to hold back when losing weight. This is not true. You can eat a lot and still lose weight. As long as you eat the right food it is not a problem at all. Enjoy your dinner and fill up on a nice chunk of meat and a heap of crunchy vegetables. This another main stay of healthy recipes for weight loss. Just simple, tasty meat and vegetables.

That is my day of healthy recipes for weight loss. Please realise how versatile those dishes are. You really can use them as the foundation for healthy sustained weight loss.
