In this article I am going to talk about exercise and fitness. Now if you were like me then this article is definitely for you. Many people are maybe asking, 'What are you talking about ?'. Therefore to answer that question let me take you back on my road with exercise.
High School Exercise
Back when I was in high school, and you can ask any of my school buddies, I used to run for the hills when it came to exercise. I had my folks write me all kinds of sick letters including one that said I have a chlorine allergy. I did everything to get out of having to do exercise, my gym teacher used to hate the sport lessons where I was because I never showed any interest what so ever because I felt that it was just too hard.
All the exercises that we had to do were simply to hard for me and most of the time I was hurting myself more than actually doing any exercise as a result I avoided exercise completely.
The Gym Thing
Fast forward a few years and I thought, well maybe its time to join the local gym when those arose in Africa and what they were selling, I was buying because finally I would be able to get the six-pack abs that chicks dig. That was the sales pitch the girl used on me and I fell for it. Now I'm not going to bad mouth gyms that I've tried because it may work for some people out there, but for me it was a no go.
Exercise in the gym was worse than the high school exercises, I mean following those circuits with your instructor trying to motivate you is worse than having your P.E teacher give you a bad grade. But as is the nature with us human beings sometimes the community and your friends and family play a major part in many of your decisions.
The Wellness Centre - Another Gym
And so it was for me again because once more I got swayed by my colleague at work to join a wellness centre. Because after all I'm almost 30 now and well the body isn't what it was. So after a few weeks of huffing and puffing the result was the same, I started hating exercise again and eventually I stayed away till this very day. So how was I going to get into shape, well as the saying goes Google is your friend.

And so I asked Google, and the result was amazing, because what I found was not only amazing but also changed the way I perceived exercise. Exercise has become fun for me, I mean I hardly do anything that is too hard to do. And the best part is that it only takes me 21 minutes a week.
After just one month on the program, I have already lost 10 kilograms and counting so yeah exercise has definitely become fun to do because of the program.
