If women have a beauty pageant contest where they get to flaunt their beauty, appeal, talent and intelligence, so do men through the body building contest. Scratch the intelligence and talent part but basically this is a contest where they get to flaunt their beautiful six pack abs, well sculpted body and of course their appeal. Women are sometimes easily attracted to a man because of its beautiful body especially the abdomen part. But how do they get six pack abs? Will it also be applicable to women?
Well, some trainers are now training women to have a six pack abs of their own. They are also given a routine of exercise to follow like men do. But is there a difference? It may be said that the routine for women are much lighter than the exercises done by men. So what are the routines or steps that are being done both by men and women?
Steps to do to have a beautiful six pack abs
1. Cardio Exercise - Being able to make your heart beat literally, helps in burning fat by making your muscles working to its core. It allows not only a certain muscle of your body but all of it. In this way you get to warm up the entire muscles in your body and making you burn fat, strengthen your muscles. Having a morning run or walking would be a perfect example of this kind or exercise.
2. Core exercises – Doing crunches or push ups will help you build your six pack abs though not fast enough but still it will help it build. Having an abdominal muscle is hard work, then how much more if it is ripped into six? So by stretching, strengthening and developing the muscle in the abdomen part will help you achieve the most wanted abs you are dreaming of.
3. Diet – Eating natural food are no doubt the best for your body. Nourishing you body with nutrients especially foods enriched with fiber so that your digestion and elimination of waste will not get disturbed. Never forget to drink water, water and more water in order to replace the fluid you lost. With this combination, attaining a beautiful ripped abs would be one step closer to you.
4. Lose the extra weight – Doing all the cardio and core exercise does not give you the six pack abs immediately but first it helps you lose the extra fats in your body first. Then with all the obstacles being removed from the picture then you may now proceed to building your abs.
All the trainers would emphasize that you will only get good results if you are dedicated enough to do the steps then slowly but surely, you will be able to flaunt your desired six pack abs. But do not forget to rest as well because your body gets tired as well. So prevent yourself from getting admitted to the hospital just because of fatigue.
