Boost Your Goal!!!

Yes there IS an actual way how to keep weight off easily and even how to lose weight fast and stay healthy!!! At least it works for me and many others.

So then I was thinking of the best name for this article and for some weird reason had a random thought about one of my favorite DC super heroes Booster Gold.

Totally random, eh, but there is some relation as I call certain tricks and gimmicks that can speed up weight loss and help maintain ideal weight Boosters. Sort of like a Booster Shot when we get one for our immune system as a vaccine, but don't get me started on vaccines right now.

I'm no doctor, but based on my experience I have seen what works, for myself, my friends, my family, and the general public. These are just personal suggestions like all my other stuff.

So how can we Boost our weight loss Goal? Let's focus on the dietary aspects over here.

What I'm talking about here are things that can help us lose and maintain weight in addition to whatever weight loss or lifestyle regime we are on at the moment. Obviously we need to stay fit by exercising in order to burn calories and fat, both by doing aerobic exercise and by building lean body mass which burns more fat even at rest, through resistance training.

So here's what I suggest:

Tea, tea, tea: Lots of tea but not too much so you don't overtax your kidneys or take too much caffeine. The best teas for weight loss are Oolong / Black Dragon tea, Pu erh tea, Green tea, or plain old fashioned tea tea like Earl Grey or Ceylon. Tea is a wonderful antioxidant and fat emulsifier that also energizes as well as relaxes you. Have 2 to 3 cups a day. After or between meals.

Edible earth or clays: Whether it's Diatomaceous Earth, Green clay, Bentonite clay, Xeolite, etc. Just not White clay which actually constipates you. Edible earth and clays will detoxify you and keep your system regular, and clean of heavy metals, harmful substances, and parasites. The stuff may be really grungy to take and they have a very earthy, muddy, or plain taste, but the results are amazing. 1 teaspoon in 1 to 2 cups of water. For best results let sit covered overnight as it gets energized in the water.

Psyllium: Separately or combined you can take psyllium seed husks, also 1 teaspoon in 1 to 2 cups of water. And if you combine it with the earth, you can also let it sit with it overnight. Take either or both on an empty stomach and / or in the morning.

Probiotics: You can spend tons of money on getting a good probiotic combination and the higher the bacterial content, the better. Probiotics will boost your immune system, and keep your system flowing with friendly bacteria, and will help you fight off the bad kind. Your digestion and bowel movements will be regular and you will not bloat or feel heavy. Instead of spending tons of money you can make your own probiotic drink at home for pennies.

It's called Rejuvelac and there are many recipes out there. One of the quickest recipes is to take 1/5th of a cup of your favorite grain wheat, rye, spelt, barley, or oat. Place in a glass cup or jar, and fill with 1 cup water. Cover with a cheese cloth or natural cotton cloth and fasten with a rubber band. Let stand at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours, depending on how hot the surroundings are. This drink ferments, so the hotter, the quicker, be careful. I usually drink the water after 24 hours and then refill again for the second 24 hours. In either case, you can drink the probiotic packed water after 48 hours and then refill for one last round of 24 hours. Drink or store in the fridge for a couple of days. Then start a new batch. Best drunk on an empty stomach or before meals.

Don't forget to also have pre / probiotic foods as part of your diet, such as pickles, natural coleslaw / cabbage / kimchi, and even fresh, clean mushrooms. There are great lists out there of such foods and beverages. Try or even make your own Kombucha drinks or tea

One of my favorite boosters which keeps me healthy and thin is to have in the morning or before each meal, 2 teaspoons of natural apple cider vinegar, or juice of half a lemon with a teaspoon of honey mixed in 1 to 2 cups of water. Great for activating the digestive juices, keeping your body's Ph level even, and for emulsifying fats. You can also try it if you feel a migraine coming on, and against kidney stones and arthritis.

Digestive enzymes: Like with probiotics, you can spend tons of money on digestive enzyme combinations which will work amazingly well to keep you clean, unbloated, and easily digesting. There's no need. You can buy natural dried papaya and pineapple very preferably unsweetened (who needs to sweeten those anyway, eh.) without sulfites, and have a sliver with every meal as dessert. You'll feel the difference immediately.

One very important secret to cure leaky gut syndrome which is often a cause of digestive problems and causes weight gain as a result. This comes from Ayurveda. Have some pineapple or pineapple juice, best fresh, or canned unsweetened if there's nothing else, or even dried. Take with ¼ to ½ teaspoon of turmeric. Take 2 to 3 times per day. Voila! Goodbye Leaky Gut.

By the way, have I ever mentioned chocolate?!

It's no coincidence that “After Eights” are a favorite dessert popularized by the British. The combination of chocolate and mint is actually very healthy when taken in moderation and serves to aid digestion, relax the stomach, and help to emulsify fats. Chocolate especially is an amazing antioxidant, antidepressant, and relaxant / energizer. (Like coffee and tea, it depends on how much eaten and whether there's sugar in it.) The bitter the better and if you're avoiding sugar, maltitol sweetened is a good way to go. Don't eat stuff with all those other chazerai chemical sugar substitutes. They're dangerous and will melt your brain cells. And just be aware that too much maltitol for those sensitive among you will possibly loosen your bowel. Also it's a corn derivative for those with allergies, etc.

There you go for now. You don't have to do or try everything here. You can play round robin, or do cross training like in the gym. See what works. Check it out. This is your secret arsenal of Booster weapons which will give you the cutting edge in order to quickly reach and maintain your weight loss goals.
