Chalene Johnson Turbo Fire Review

The Chalene Johnson Turbo Fire workout program is one of the newest out there. It is made by Beachbody, which is the same company that stands behind P90X, Insanity, and a lot of other fitness programs.

In this article, I am going to give you my review of Turbo Fire, as well as let you know where you can get it at a great price.

This great program was designed by Chalene Johnson (designer of the previous Turbo Jam). She has perfected the concept of High Intensity Interval Training for a very intense cardio workout.

This new program is made to provide the body with more of a toning workout than building extreme muscle mass. From my experience with this program, it is definitely aimed at users that are looking to get toned and not bulky. After one month of Turbo Fire, I have gotten tighter abs and toner legs.

This program also does not require any weights. It is all based around resistance training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). This workout comes equipped with a large set of DVDs which are divided into 12 different workouts.

One of the DVDs entitled "New To Class" teaches you the moves at your own pace so that you can do them the right way and with ease.

Each intense cardio workout is followed by a stretch or tone workout. These are designed to help your body to safely cool down and avoid any kind of injury. I found both to be very beneficial for me. However, the toning workouts helped in making my muscles appear leaner which I really liked.

What makes this program so much fun for me is that it is made up of a series of kickboxing and dancing routines. Being able to mix up so much in a routine definitely keeps you entertained and motivated. If you are looking to lose weight pretty quickly like I was, then this workout program may be for you. It is designed to boost your metabolism and keep it raised even afterwards. You will be able to see more information regarding this with the "After Burn Effect" included with Turbo Fire.

Another great aspect of Chalene Johnson's Turbo Fire is the music. The music is pretty intense and will definitely get your blood pumping. You will be hearing many great hits.

Your body WILL sweat with Turbo Fire, so it is important to drink a lot of water before and after each workout.

This workout is definitely a great new option for those that are looking to lose weight and get fit.

Where can you get this program for a great price?

The only downfall to this workout is that it is kind of on the expensive side. However, after doing some research I have found where you can get Chalene Johnson Turbo Fire for a really great price.

There are a lot of places that offer this program along with other incentives, but the best place I have seen it offered for the best deal is Amazon. Amazon is good for all purchases as it is a trusted website, ships very fast, and offers products at incredible prices.

So, after all my experience with Turbo Fire, I must say that it definitely does work and that is the best purchase I have made to better my body.
