Ever since Dr. Oz first talked about this stuff on the news, the popularity of this stuff has spread like wildfire! Even two years after being introduced, it is selling by the truckload. So do raspberry keytones work, or is it all just a beautifully created piece of hype?
I can not say I have tried this stuff personally. Even if I wanted to, I would first have to put on a bunch of weight. Not worth the damage to my health when I have so many customer reviews to rely on.
From what real customers are saying, it seems that(surprise, surprise) this stuff DOES work. Just not nearly as well as the hype would have you believe. Folks are claiming to have lost weight at rates of 10 lbs a month when combining raspberry keytones with healthy eating and exercise. This is quite impressive when the average weight loss even with a good, consistent effort averages at 4 lbs a month.
Ofcourse, when something seems too good to be true....
Actually, nah. The only disappointment is that the first month shows the quickest fat loss and it just slows down from there. Eventually, raspberry keytones become pointless and most people go off them in order to continue their weight loss "legit." Whether this drop-off in results is due to a build up of tolerance or some other chemical process is still unknown. What is known is that raspberry keytones do provide a rather rapid jump in weight loss.
This stuff is meant to cause weight loss by interacting with your hormone levels as well as targeting your fat stores more directly through a number of chemical reactions. The effects are ONLY noticeable in those who have the exercise and diet portion of their weight loss plan, however. The difference between being on this stuff and off is far to large to be just a placebo effect.
There are some more proper reviews out there for those interested in more information. As I have stated, you need to have the rest of your weight loss plan together before you get any of the benefits of this stuff. They are indeed powerful but the effects do not last forever. Raspberry keytones are quite an interesting find due to the sheer power of the effects they have been able to produce. Anyone serious about losing a lot of bodyfat should look into kick-starting their plan with this crazy stuff!
Nice to know if I ever get over weight, (Yeah right, I'm way to active and in shape to get that way). I never knew the average weight loss was 4lbs a month. But get this, when I first started working my very first job, I lost 10lbs in 1 week. Did a lot of exercise that week that I wasn't use to before.
Ya that`s pretty normal for when you`re just starting to be active. The problem is you risk injury from the shock of being inactive to active everyday.
... I wouldn't have to put on any weight to get started :))) Interesting article.
The point I`m trying to illustrate is that this is no magic pill and I don`t believe there`ll ever be one.
Hi Chip, Great piece. I've seen this stuff advertised but never really took notice of it like that. Your article has shed some light on it for me; will check it out further. Thanks.
Yup according to.the customer reviews and asking a few questions, it does work
