Does Garcinia Cambogia Really Improve Weight Loss?

When weight and other factors were examined at the end of the study, subjects who received the extract showed a significant reduction in weight when compared to the control group.

Other studies that replicated similar experimental conditions also reported finding analogous results, confirming that Garcinia Cambogia is an effective natural supplement in weight control management. It is interesting to note that results showing the effectiveness of Garcinia Cambogia have been demonstrated across many dissimilar groups including mildly overweight individuals, obese individuals, women, men and with persons on nonspecific diets.

In addition to weight loss, many of the studies investigating Garcinia Cambogia also reported significant impact on other variables. For example, when measured it was found that LDL cholesterol was substantially reduced after regimented treatment with Garcinia Cambogia. This demonstrates that Garcinia Cambogia impacts the body’s health system holistically.
