Easiest Way To Lose Weight - My Story

Before I found out the easiest way to lose weight I tried and failed at dieting for eighteen years. The few times that I lost some weight I always put it back on again. Eventually I got so fed up that I decided to research the easiest way to lose weight by myself . I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the results.

It was about a year ago now that I researched in many books and websites and looked at many scientific studies. The scientific studies had been done over a span of forty years and the medical and nutrition books were up to date. They all told me the same answer. The easiest way to lose weight is to eat for good health. Medical books, nutrition books and scientific studies all agreed on the same point. They all said that the best way to lose weight is to eat for good health.

I wasn't sure at first because all we see on television, in the papers, magazines and TV shows is diets. So I was a little confused. Can this be true? My beliefs were really challenged. I thought that dieting was the easiest way to lose weight. But there it was in black and white. Every study for forty years, all the medical books and all the nutrition books were screaming at me the complete opposite of what the media had been telling me all this time. I was a bit shocked.

I think I had been brainwashed by all of this media information into thinking completely the wrong way. I had been told that extreme fasting or having two shakes a day and a meal at night was the easiest way to lose weight. That is after all, all the information we get. So although I felt a bit stupid, I couldn't really blame myself for thinking that way.

I started to eat for good health. I took out low nutrition food and added high nutrition food. So out with pasta, bread, potatoes and rice and in with more fruit and vegetables. I took a little light exercise by going for a walk every day and the weight came off. I didn't starve myself, I wasn't under any pressure and I lost a lot of weight. All I did was listen to the sensible advice. Really it was the easiest way to lose weight I had ever come across.

I still eat the same way now and go for a walk every day. The weight has stayed off and I feel great.

It is a shame that the media has to fill our heads with all these commercially motivated products that really don't help us. I am very glad that I set out to find out for myself the easiest way to lose weight. Otherwise I would still be caught up the horrible media diet circus.
