It is a well known that starvation diets don't work because they go against your body make up, and defences. I personally find it extremely interesting, how a starved body will autimatically go into fat storing mode when it sences a lack of nutrients. So your body is working against you on a starvation diet, and results are the opposite of what you expect, or want.

The information I have found on how your body works, with the different foods it is given is amazing. I never realized whole wheat crackers were not one of the best things to eat, and expect to loose weight. I also was not aware that if you choose the right foods, you are able to eat more of them, and still loose weight. The examples given in the information I want you to look at are two fold.

One is designed for everyone, but focuses on women. Because the diet was designed by a women. Also, because women tend to cook more then men, offers recipes for great diet compatable foods. In the video presentation you are taken through the whole diet / fat burning process your body does on it's very own, once you give it the neccessary foods to work with.

Two, focuses on men, and how to burn off fat with ease. I was surprised at the simplicity, of this weight loss program This one was designed by a man, who after following the guidelines of his weight loss program, at the age of forty, found out underneath his spare tire, he actually had an incredible set of abs. Some of the excersises he recommends don't even include ab excersises, and he still got the results he wanted and more.

I realize alot of people find dieting an ordeal of willpower and deprevation of the things they like to eat. Counting calories is not in these peoples vacabulary. To eat right means calories stay in line because by eating right, your body goes into fat burning mode. Your body burns the calories up, and body fat as well.

I reommend these videos to everyone who desires to be at the weight they want. I believe this information is the best way, and the easiest way to achieve weight loss. To be able to eat more and still loose weight, doesn't sound as awful as the "Want To Lose Weight - Stop Eating" diet. Check it out, you may like what you see.
