One factor we have to take in to consideration, before any human begins a diet program or as you say, any weight loss plan. Is to understand that we are wired differently, what may work for someone may not work for someone else.
The rule of thumb is to first understand the emotional attachment you may have for food, and then see how you can start, losing those extra pounds.
All humans have some kind of empiric knowledge, of how you got to the weight situation, we all know what we like and dislike, is always important to make inventory of yourself, with honesty. We humans tend to be dishonest with ourselves, which is normal don't feel bad!
It will take some will power to come to the root of your personal demons, but take your time, don't feel rush to do this, you are not alone. It does take some time to get in to terms with your personal you.
We all pass that tunnel of doubt, there will be personal questions that your mind, will develop, can I do This? Is this really the truth? Am I being honest, with myself? Don't worry this are legit questions.
One's you go by the process, and you have a semi-what , clear answers.
Make sometime to go to the doctor to check your health status, ask as many questions as you can to your doctor, he will be better equipped to answer the biological and health issue.
So okay, by now, you should have a list of were it started and what to do. Your dislikes and likes over food, by now, you should know if you have a health issue that needs extra attention.
The hard part is done, here comes the moment to make a decision, what road you want to take.
To be honest, there is a lot of crazy out there! About losing that extra weight quick, with quick remedies, or miracle pills.
But to be honest, I am more incline to scientific approach, since all our bodies are made with a different DNA infrastructure. Is always good to choose the slow and more nutritious path.
We should choose a plan that combines the following:
* A reasonable time frame, and weight according to your individual body needs.
* One that implements a reasonable regiment of exercises.
* One that includes the appropriate amount of foods, with a diet value.
* A diet program that can help you lose the weight, that includes, vitamins, proteins, minerals.
You got to follow a realistic plan, which it won't create food cravings, or deprive what our bodies required to replenish.
As a personal thought! A have witness a great turn in organics supplements, which have help people lose weight, there are some weight management programs out there that go by your individual person. And they work just fine!
Because this programs don't deprive your body of the needed nourishment of micro-nutrients, or Macro-nutrients, at the same time they keep the diet fun by helping you with recipes that are easy to cook, and with an exercise plan that wont kill you.!
