How can I prevent my body from going into starvation mode and prevent it from storing the foods I eat as fat? In this article, I am going to talk about some tips that I recommended you do to prevent this from happening. After following these steps you will be able to achieve a leaner, slimmer, and healthier body that you have always wanted.

Eat A Nutritious Breakfast

You have heard it time and time again that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but why do they say this? You body has been fasting since dinner the night before and has started going into starvation mode. This means that unless it receives food quickly your body will begin to convert food into fat as soon as you eat. It does this because it does not know when the next meal will come.

By eating a breakfast every morning your body will adjust and will use the energy from the food you eat rather than store it. You will feel more energized throughout the day and you health will improve as you begin to lose the tummy weight.

I recommend that you eat breakfast foods that are high in protein and fiber. This will leave you feeling satisfied for longer periods of time so you avoid eating the donuts and pastries found at your office. Eggs and fruits are excellent recommendations.

Eat Various Meals Throughout The Day

Eating often throughout the day is more beneficial than having three large meals. This is because you body will be receiving a constant supply of food and will continually be digesting and burning fat. You will prevent your body from going into starvation mode. In addition, you will not feel hunger pains throughout the day and after you eat you will eliminate the bloated, overstuffed feeling you get when you eat too much.

Eating various meals also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism. This is the best way to lose the tummy weight since you will be continually burning calories at a faster rate throughout the day.
