Get Out Of Bed And Be Active Daily
Join 1000's of Authors at StreetArticles Today!

So, you're sitting there at the beginning of the day, laying in bed, trying to wake up, and running through your list of all the things that you want to get accomplished during the day. Let's add this one to your list, be active daily.

After another half an hour trying to get motivated to crawl out from under those warm, cozy, covers you muster up the energy to get out of bed. You stand up and stretch all those muscles and run through your list again. This time it includes be active daily, and hopefully it is on the top ot the list.

In order to get your day off to a good start eat a healthy breakfast including some tasty orange juice. This will really get you going.

As you finish your meal Rover runs into the room and has his leash in his mouth, and barks with as much of a bark as he can muster with the leash in his mouth. "What are you trying to say boy? Is Timmy trapped in the well?" No, he's trying to say he wants to go for a walk and it is a perfect opportunity for you to start off your day and be active daily.

So, you hook Rover up and go for a run. When you get back, Rover is most appreciative, and despite the walk is still interested in playing. Another opportunity to be active daily and play with your dog. Throw the ball to him, play frisbee with him. Whatever, you and your dog do to play, just do it.

Now, you've managed to wear Rover out, and your son comes out of his room with that brand new basketball he got for his birthday. "Hey dad! Wanna shoot some hoops?" Wow things are falling right into place with your daily to do list and the first item on it, be active daily. This isn't as hard as you thought it would be. So you go out to the driveway and play a little one on one. Apparently your son has been practicing a little and before you know it you're down 10 to 5. But guess what, you are being active.

That first item on your list isn't the only one to get done today, so you check it again, paint the living room is number 2. Time to visit the hardware store. As you pull into the lot, you find there are no parking spaces anywhere near the store. Perfect. Right off the bat number 1 on your list is merged with number 2. How? You park on the other side of the lot where there are plenty of spaces and take a little hike to the store. Then you get into the store and walk around for a few minutes to find the items you need. Walk back out to the car and you have done quite a bit to be active daily and the day is just getting started.

You get home and have the family chip in with the painting and you've got them work on being active daily. Wow, it's not even noon yet and you've accomplished so much.

Being active daily is a great way to take care of yourself. I have read quite a bit about dieting and healthy weight loss and would like to share what I've learned with you. If you would like to learn more about how to Be Active Daily visit my site for plenty of helpful information.
