It happens to almost everybody. Your body is just fine and then out of nowhere a belly appears. This happens most of the time when you are over 30. I'm no exception to this rule. Took the bike to work every day and cycled around the 20 km each day. Still the belly fat kept coming and coming. I found out that getting rid of this stomach fat is easier said than done. It is one of the hardest areas of the body to lose fat. Only by really targeting the area you have a change to succeed. In the end everyone would wants to get rid of that belly fat now is capable of doing so and you are no exception.

Why can't I get rid of that belly fat now?

The answer to this question is not that easy. There are probably a lot of reasons you can think of and in most cases it is a combination multiple causes. To name a few:

  • Wrong diet,
  • Don't sleep enough,
  • Like beer to much (that was my pitfall),
  • Wrong workout,
  • Calorie intake is too high.

So what are your reasons? Maybe you haven't even start to get rid of your stomach fat. Start before it is too late, you don't want to end up like the person in the picture ;) All kidding aside. It can be a real challenge to lose that belly fat. The belly fat problem is not the same for all of you. Some have a great body with just an annoying belly. You probably just need a workout that really targets the abdominal area. Others are really overweight and need a complete change of lifestyle

How to get rid of that belly fat now?

We now know what our weaknesses are and how we got our stomach fat. Now we want to get rid of it. There are a lot of abs gadgets on the market today and each promises miracle results in record time. Truth is you don't need these gadgets, neither do you need diet pills to get result. What you do need is motivation, time and patients. You need time to exercise, patients to see result and motivation to keep going.

Losing this belly fat is like building a system. You have to start from the ground up and gradually built towards the end result. Learn along the way what helps you and what doesn't. You already know your main reasons why you are here in the first place. Grade your reasons and start working on the main one first. For some it will be the diet and others need to start with the exercises. This differs per person, but you need to be honest to yourself. That's the only way you know where to start. After you worked on your first weakness and see or feel some results you can progress to the next one.

Honestly I believe most of you can get rid of that belly fat now some common sense, information and perseverance. You just need to take action and start today. Starting is often the hardest part of the journey.
