So you have decided to lose weight. Great. Now what? Where do I start? First and most important is to make the right food choices. You need to go throught your kitchen cupboards and get rid of all the bad and junk foods you love so much.
Next you will replace those bad foods with foods that will help you to lose weight. You will be eating clean. No breads, potatoes, white sugar, red meat pop etc. You will eat more natural and eat vegetables, salads, chicken and fish. You know good healthy protein.
After the initual weight loss your diet and foods will change a bit. Now that you have reached your goal as to the weight you want to be you need to maintain it. You still need a lot of nutrition so the body does not store fat.
Do not revert back to your old ways of eating. If you find yourself buying some of the old bad foods you must nip it in the bud imediately. Consider how bad you felt during those days, and how sluggis nad unenergetic you were. You don't want to go back there again.
Stick with the program. Over time you will feel more natural with your new eating habits. You will gain new likes for these new foods and you will see positve results on the weigh scale as well as in the mirror. You may find you need a whole new wardrobe to finish off that new you look.
If done right you will see results quickly, especially in the beginning. By seeing results and feeling better about yourself you will be more inclined to stick with you new weight loss program. If you still need to lose more it will happen. You will feel more energetic and be able to do more every day. Your health and outlook on life will also be brighter.
You can and should add some vitamin supplements to your diet plan. These will help you to have a better outlook on life and make you feel better. Nutrition with a diet plan will change from what is was before and supplements will help to reduce the shock of these changes.
Not all supplements are best for everyone. You must choose the correct ones for your needs. Your physician can help you with those choices. Using supplements will help reach your goals quicker than if you tried losing weight without them. They are a good support system.
Supplements are not cheap. They can cost a lot of money. Just take a good mullti vitamin along with some other key vitamins every day and you should be fine. Vitamin C, D, and E are all important. Be sure you get enough calcium and iron in your foods or supplements.
