How Do I Lose My Belly Fat

I bet this is the biggest question you are asking, and I just know how keen you are to find out. You probably don't believe that you can get your flat stomach super fast by doing 5 exercises every day.

You can be guaranteed that id you try these exercises you wil see results.

In this article I am going to show you 5 stomach exercises that will have you seeing results in just a few weeks, some of you may even see results in just a few days. How fast you see the resluts depends on how committed you are to doing them every day.

You should follow the 5 stomach exercises in the sequence as described.

Step 1. Lie on the floor with your hands flat on the floor beside you palms facing down

Now, pretend your riding a bike, peddling your feet. Continue this for at least one minute.

Step 2. As before lie on the floor on your back, with hands facing down.

With this one, breathe in while lifting your legs up plus your torso until both are in a 90 deg angle, then as you lower, slowly breathe out until you're at 45 deg and then you hold that for one second. At this point contract those stomach muscles, then keep letting your legs down back down to the floor.

Do this 30 times.

Step 3. Lie flat on the floor with your hands behind your head.

When you've done that. put your feet on say a chair or lounge. Now, sit up and touch your knees with your hand.

Complete this exercise 20 times.

Step 4. In this step you get up and kneel on the floor sitting on your heels. Bend forward towards the ground at the same time pulling your stomach in.

Do this 30 times.

Step 5. You should rest for approx 30 sec then repeat step No. 3.

In this round, you're going to do 30 of the knee touches.

If you do these exercises exactly like i've explained, you are guaranteed to see a remarkable reduction in your belly fat.

You should also include good eating in this strategy, you can exercise hard, but if you're eating the wrong food, you're beating a dead horse.
