We are now in a new age where girls and women have seen the benefits of building muscles. It is used to be men dominated but not any more. So, girls are also claiming their share. If you would think about it, why all over sudden? Men and women, young and old alike are in the gym.It is an issue of keeping health and fit. Who does not like being healthy in this world where there all kinds of illnesses?

I am here today to reveal the 3 the secrets of how to build muscles to keep fit. If you did not know, it has been proved that, the more muscles you have, the more fats you will achieve to burn. The trick here is to increase the rate of metabolism. If you are ready, so do i ;and we could move ahead and hear the fun part.

  • Eat More :

If you are serious about muscle building, one thing if you did not know is to eat more and more frequently as well. I do advice people to plan for six meals per day, against the traditional three meals. You think you are exceptional, no, you have to take 6 meals and forget about the past, we are now in a new age. This will keep your metabolism and energy levels consistent.

Eating a lot of green vegetables is very advisable because they take longer to digest ,making you feel full and for several hours. Proteins are very important as well as some carbohydrates.In other word, read balanced diet not junk foods.If you are planning for a workout, eat at least an hour and a half, otherwise you will find yourself throwing out if you do it almost immediately.

  • Keep Your workout Short:

I do not know who is this who has been telling people that if you spend a whole day in a gym, you lose much more. This is all wrong and you could mess your body than building muscles . All you need is very intensive workout for a short period,for instance 30 - 45 minutes. Make sure you sweat. Do not over train, you need a recovery period . Do it in sets ,where by you have a brief moment interval for break, and then proceed on. Workouts of 8 to 10 sets would be adequate. Make sure you have a warm up, before exercise and after.

Weight Training:

This is another effective way to build lean muscles, and mind you when doing all these, the effect is to lose body fats as you increase muscle mass. You have to have some resistance subjected to your body. Force yourself to lift weights, but, start small and increase gradually as you progress. Avoid copying other people what they are lifting, because you never know how long they have been doing it, all even their feeding habits. Bodies are different and adapt differently. Lift until you feel you cannot do any more. It is always to good to have a goal of how many sets. Start with 4 to 8 reps per set. Give yourself time for weight training, not 7 days a week. You could have a day interval when you have a rest.This is the times it repairs any torn muscles and give time to build the rest.

It will not be surprising finding yourself lifting seventy pounds or more compared to when you started, when you managed only twenty pounds. How does that sound, is it not amazing.

As i told you earlier, building muscles will keep you healthy and fit; and as if that is not enough, you look great. You will be able to shedd off those excess fats in your body which makes you look funny. You may have seen people who look all round, you cannot tell which is the waistline. You need to maintain a good shape and be proud of yourself.

What about if i call it day and give you a chance to exercise the above secrets of building muscles and let me know how it feels like. However, give it time and be consistent.
