How to Get A Flat Stomach!

It really sucks having a gut. It is just a source of embarrassment and shame whenever you have to take your shirt off in front of others. If you want to find out how to get a flat stomach for keeps, you've come to the right place!

The thing about fat is that it likes to stick around the longest in the belly area. This can be a real pain but there is a silver lining to all this.

When you finally do lose your beer gut, it will be because you have already burnt through all of the fat all over your body first. This means that losing your gut will get your ripped right after!

Now the first thing you have to take care of is your diet. I know, it sucks but it has to be done.

Cut out as much of the processed foods that you eat as you can. Processed means anything that was not picked, plucked, or killed and put on your plate. The more steps between that and your plate mean the more processed your food is.

With every step of processing, your food becomes less nutritionally dense until eventually you get empty calorie food.

Empty calories are the number one reason people get fat. The reason for this is your body is not used to dealing with an empty shell of a meal. This means that your hunger switch does not get turned off until it is way too late.

You will have to do some running. When it comes to weight loss, less is more. You should be running as hard as you can not for as long as you can.

Think about sprinters and marathon runners. Which one looks like a hunger striker and which looks like a fat burning machine? Exactly! Chasing down every single calorie is a waste compared to just revving up your fat burning engines, and that is exactly what high intensity cardio does!

Finally, you want abs, right? It is fine to admit it because it is totally possible. In fact, building up a little muscle will actually help with your fat loss, So it will be a win-win situation! You can learn plenty about training and dieting to build muscle right here on the internet. The trick is to be wary of those who will tell you they have the "secret formula" or something like that. These are your modern snake oil salesmen and you wont get what they promise!
